We work remotely, in English or Lithuanian, with businesses in Lithuania and other EU countries. Hosting and administration are separate plans, and you can combine them. Hosting with administration, for example, costs €80/month. If you need changes only now and then, you pay by the hour in the months you need them. Only then can we agree on a realistic maintenance scope. ## Maintenance is not a security guarantee Regular maintenance lowers the risk from known issues and delayed updates, but it cannot guarantee that incidents will never happen. How we respond is set out in the agreement. ## One-off or ongoing work We can do a one-off technical clean-up, regular maintenance, or a separately agreed response to outages. ## Managed website hosting Managed hosting costs €20/month. It covers hosting the site, an SSL certificate, Cloudflare protection, daily backups kept for at least 7 days, uptime monitoring and basic technical maintenance for the agreed platform. Before moving a project, we check its technology, size, and email and domain dependencies. High-traffic projects, non-standard infrastructure and special security requirements need a separate assessment. ## Website administration and content entry Website administration costs €60/month. For this fee we make agreed changes to products, prices, text, photos, promotional banners and basic settings. You order changes within this scope whenever you need them, at any time in the month. Larger work, such as new features or design, we estimate separately. If you update your site regularly, the monthly fee usually costs less than the same work at €45/hour. One-off content or product entry costs €45/hour. We review the content structure, how the site works on a phone, the enquiry or checkout flow, and what the current platform allows. Before we start, we write down what we will change and which features we will keep. ## What goes into the maintenance agreement? We list the parts of the site we maintain, the amount of work included, who handles backups, how to report an outage and which changes count as new features. We reply to requests within 1 working day and start fixing outages the same working day.
