Custom solutions for business

Programming services for business

Custom programming is building software around a specific business's processes, its data and the systems it already uses. It suits cases where a standard tool can't handle an important task or leaves too much manual work. We build web systems, internal tools, integrations and specific features for existing projects.

When is a custom solution worth building?

When a process is specific, the tools you have don't work well together, or their limits create constant manual work. If an off-the-shelf tool is a better fit, we won't suggest custom development.

What can we build?

We choose the solution based on who will use it, what data it will handle and how you will maintain it.

  1. 01

    Client and partner portals

A place where clients or partners can see orders, documents or statuses without separate emails.

  2. 02

    Internal admin tools

Tools for your team: managing tasks, records or bookings in one place.

  3. 03

    Data management and reporting systems

Data from several sources is collected in one place, and reports are compiled automatically.

  4. 04

Programs that connect systems, and features for existing systems

A new feature for a website or system that is already running, such as a calculator or a data import.

What technologies do we use?

We choose technologies based on the project and on who will maintain the system later. For new web systems we usually use TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.js, and store data in a PostgreSQL database. If a project already runs on PHP, for example WordPress, WooCommerce or PrestaShop, we extend it with the same technology so the whole solution doesn't need rewriting.

For mobile apps we use React Native and Expo, and we use n8n to automate repetitive work. We keep the code in a version control system, so every change is visible and we can go back to an earlier version if needed.

How much do programming services cost?

Building a new feature costs from €150 or €45/hour. We give the final amount in writing once we have assessed the feature's scope, data, integrations and testing. If you first need only a technical assessment or advice, a consultation costs €45/hour. We split larger projects into stages so the price and result of each stage are clear in advance.

How does a programming project work?

First we assess the situation: who will use the system, what data it will handle and what it needs to connect to. Then we agree in writing on the tasks, priorities, price and acceptance criteria. We work in stages, show you the result after each one and write down the decisions made. When we finish, we test the agreed scenarios and hand over the code, access details and a description of how to maintain the system.

Let's start with the most important feature

A complex project can start with the single most important task. Once we have built it, you can try the solution and decide what is worth building next.

Handover and maintenance

We agree in advance who will own the code and who will look after hosting, deployment, backups, error monitoring and further changes.

An existing tool, an integration or a custom system?

We check whether a tool you already have can do the job. If you only need to pass data between applications, an integration may be enough. A custom system is worth building when standard tools can't be adapted properly and the feature you need has clear value and users. This helps you avoid unnecessary development and maintenance costs.

How do we check the finished work?

We agree on what the user must be able to do, what result we expect and how the system should behave when an error occurs. For example, a correctly completed form should create a new record and a confirmation. If the data is invalid, the system should show an error and keep what has already been entered. We check the work against these conditions and keep agreed features separate from new requests.

What happens if you need extra features?

Before each stage we write down the planned features, integrations, data rules and excluded work. When a new request comes up, we assess how it would change the price, the timeline and the features already agreed. We start extra work only after we have agreed on it with you.

What should you prepare for a programming estimate?

Briefly describe what the system should do, who will use it and which tools you use now. If you have examples, add screenshots or anonymized data samples. You don't need to send logins or real customer data at the first stage. Based on your description, we tell you whether the task is worth programming or an existing tool is enough, and suggest a first stage.

Frequently asked questions

Can you fix a system that has already been built?

Yes, if the system's code and the required access are available and the technology lets us take over the work safely. First we do a technical assessment, reviewing the code, dependencies, database and deployment process. Then we tell you what can be fixed, what the risks are and what it will cost. New feature development costs from €150 or €45/hour.

Do you always need a mobile app?

No. If a web application that adapts to a phone screen is enough, we won't suggest a separate mobile app. A web application runs in the browser, doesn't need installing from app stores, and updates reach all users at once. A mobile app is worth considering when you need deeper access to phone features or offline work.

Can I order only a technical assessment?

Yes. A technical assessment can be a separate stage before development or before taking over an existing system. We review the requirements, existing code or systems in use and identify risks. The result is a list of the risks found and a proposed work plan to help you decide whether to continue. We agree on scope and price beforehand.

What technologies do you use for programming?

For new web systems we usually use TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.js, with PostgreSQL for data storage. We extend existing PHP projects, such as WordPress, WooCommerce or PrestaShop, with the same technology. For mobile apps we use React Native and Expo. The final choice depends on the project and on who will maintain the system later.

Describe the feature or system you're missing.

We reply with a proposed first stage and a clear price. You can also write to us directly:
